1. Advanced Control Systems and Precision
A BGA rework station features an embedded industrial PC, three independent heating zones, and a Panasonic CCD camera system for high-precision alignment. The station includes a high-definition touch screen interface and PLC control for multi-functional integrated operation. It also incorporates a folding optical lens, which can store and select temperature profiles. The high-precision k-type thermocouple closed-loop control system, with PID automatic temperature compensation, ensures precise temperature control with a deviation of ±1°C.
2. Stepping Motor and Visual Alignment System
Equipped with a stable and efficient stepping motor driver, the BGA rework station ensures reliable operation. It features an HD visual optical alignment system, which allows for precise positioning of the PCB. The system allows for movement in the X, Y, and Z directions, with a "5-point support" design, V-groove PCB bracket, and a universal clamp to secure the PCB in place during rework.
3. Two Operating Modes for Flexibility
The BGA rework station offers two operating modes: Auto and Manual. In Auto Mode, the system automatically feeds the BGA/IC, picks and places components, and carries out the soldering and desoldering processes. In Manual Mode, the operator can manually control the camera movement and the top gimbal with a joystick for more precise adjustments. Both modes combine optical focusing and laser positioning for improved accuracy during the rework process.
4. Multi-Function Features and Laser Positioning
The station is equipped with several multi-functional features, including "Quick Positioning," "Keep Warm," "Pressure Sensor," "Instant Temperature Analysis," and "HD Vision Optical Alignment." Laser positioning assists with quick and accurate PCB placement on the center point, and the "5-point support position" improves convenience and accuracy. Additionally, the movable universal clamp prevents damage to edge components, making it suitable for various PCB repairs.
5. Safety, Efficiency, and Certification
High-power LED lights ensure proper working brightness, while different sizes of magnet nozzles facilitate easy replacement and installation. The three independently controlled heating zones allow for customized temperature settings, and up to 16 temperature sections can be configured. The station also includes a voice warning system to alert operators 5-10 seconds before heating completion and automatically activates the cooling fan once the heating is done. Double protection against overheating and an emergency stop function ensure safe operation. The machine is CE certified, confirming compliance with safety standards.
